Terms and Conditions
Your use of the Jockey™ Gift Card constitutes your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.
General
- The Jockey™ Gift Card (“Gift Card”) can be used at any Jockey® owned and operated retail store in the United States and at Jockey.com®.
- A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
- Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable for cash except in states where required by law. Resale or barter of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
OnLine Redemption
- Up to 5 gift cards may be used per online order.
- All online Gift Card redemptions will require the card number and a PIN number to be entered at checkout.
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card(s) will require another form of payment.
- After completing your purchase, any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card account for future purchases.
- Jockey reserves the right to hold any order for a security review.
In Store Redemption
- The Gift Card must be presented to the Jockey® store associate at the time of purchase. Previous transaction receipts will not be deemed valid for Gift Card redemption.
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the tendered Gift Card will require an additional form of payment to complete the transaction. Acceptable payment types include: cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, JCB, and travelers checks.
- After completing your purchase, any unused balance will remain on your Gift Card account for future purchases.

- How do I check my Jockey™ Gift Card balance?
- To obtain your Gift Card balance visit your nearest Jockey® store or Jockey.com® or call toll-free 1-800-242-5353.
- To check your balance on Jockey.com®, visit www.jockey.com and click on site map. Click on Gift Card under the customer service section and follow the instructions. You will be asked to enter the card number and PIN.
- Card balances reflect the most recent balance available on your card.
- What if I lose my Gift Card or it is stolen?
- Lost or stolen Gift Cards may be cancelled and replaced with a new Gift Card in the amount of the then-remaining balance upon proof of purchase or upon proof of winning a gift card through a Jockey sponsored promotion as required by Jockey. Contact the Jockey® Consumer Relations department for assistance by calling 1-800-JOCKEY-1 (weekdays 9am-5pm CST). Or you may visit Jockey.com® and e-mail us with your request. A consumer relations representative will contact you with details regarding card replacement.
- Can I replace a damaged Gift Card?
- So long as your card number and balance can be verified, Jockey would be pleased to cancel the damaged card and replace it with a new one. This can be done by calling Jockey® Consumer Relations at 1-800-JOCKEY-1 (weekdays 9am-5pm CST). The Gift Card must be presented for replacement.
- Do all Jockey™ Gift Cards come with a PIN?
- There is a PIN located on the back of all Gift Cards. The PIN is required for all online purchases.
- How can I reload my Gift Card?
- Gift Cards can be reloaded at any Jockey® owned and operated retail store in the United States.
- Do dormancy fees apply to Jockey™ Gift Cards?
- Dormancy fees do not apply to balances on Gift Cards.
- Will my Jockey™ Gift Card expire?
- Jockey™ Gift Cards do not have an expiration date.
- What happens if my online order is cancelled or cannot be fulfilled?
- In the event that we cannot fill your entire order a consumer relations representative will contact you to refund your money.
