Eligibility: Promotion is open to any legal resident of the United States, 18 years of age or older, (excluding residents of Puerto Rico). No rain checks.  Participants must submit a complete registration form and must have access to a valid e-mail account and Internet access throughout the promotion’s Sweepstakes Period.  Participants will be notified by e-mail only to the e-mail address provided at the time of entry.  Employees, suppliers, representatives and agents of Jockey International, Inc., (“Jockey”) and its participating retailers, and their respective advertising, promotion and judging agencies, and their respective immediate families or persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter and win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. 

Drawings will be held October 20, 2006; November 15, 2006; December 15, 2006; and January 15, 2007. The Grand prize will be drawn on January 15, 2007.  To be eligible, a completed registration form must be received by Jockey no later than 11:59 p.m. CST on the day immediately prior to the drawing date. All entries not drawn in a preceding month will be carried over and eligible for drawing for the next drawing until the promotion ends.

Sweepstakes Period:  Promotion begins at 12:00 AM CST on September 21, 2006, and ends at 11:59 PM CST on January 14, 2007, 11:59 p.m.  

Conditions of Entry:  By registering in this Sweepstakes, Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, which rules are final and binding on all Participants, and to conform to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Prizes: The total Sweepstakes will have 641 winners.  1 Grand prize winner, 40 First prize winners, 200 Second prize winners and 400 Third prize winners.  Prizes consist of:

(a) Grand Prizes – an annual Jockey™ gift card with a retail value of $250 towards purchase of Jockey® products of your choice each year for as long as you live, not to exceed 65 years.
(b) First Prize – a Jockey™ gift card with a retail value of $250 towards purchase of Jockey® products of your choice.
(c) Second Prize – a Jockey™ gift card with a retail value of $100 towards  purchase of Jockey® products of your choice. 
(d) Third Prize – a Jockey™ gift card good with a retail value of $15 towards purchase of Jockey® products of your choice.

Value of total overall prizes is dependant on the amount of years the Grand prize winner lives but is estimated as an approximate retail value of $50,000.  Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution or cash redemption is allowed. Jockey reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or lesser value. All prizes are rewarded “as is” and without any warranty of any kind.  Limit one prize per household. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

How to Enter: Visit www.iwearjockey.com, and complete the registration form, including all required information.  Maximum one (1) entry per person.  Any person submitting multiple entries will be automatically disqualified. Online promotion only.  Only entries received and confirmed by e-mail through the www.iwearjockey.com website are valid.  Any entry received through any other Jockey website or e-mail address, by mail, facsimile or any other means is void.

Awarding of Prizes:  Jockey, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, will randomly select winners as follows from among all eligible entries on or about each of the following dates:

            October 20, 2006              (10 First Prize, 50 Second Prize and 100 Third Prize);
            November 15, 2006          (10 First Prize, 50 Second Prize and 100 Third Prize);
            December 15, 2006          (10 First Prize, 50 Second Prize and 100 Third Prize); and
            January 15, 2007              (1 Grand Prize, 10 First Prize, 50 Second Prize and 100 Third Prize).

Each winner will receive their gift card by mail.  Each winner from a previous month will be removed from the drawing for the subsequent month.  EXCEPT, each winner will be eligible for the Grand prize drawing on January 15, 2007.
 
All entries not drawn in the preceding month will be carried forward to subsequent months.  If any prize, prize notification or attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. By accepting prizes, winners acknowledge compliance with these official rules. If a winner does not agree to this, winner will forfeit his/her prize and an alternate may be selected.

Other Terms and Conditions

Electronic Communications:  Jockey is not responsible and is under no obligation to confirm the validity of any e-mail address or to contact the Participant for a valid e-mail address for any reason.  Jockey is not responsible for any lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries or e-mail, nor for any electronic miscommunications or failures, technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions which may limit a Participant’s ability to participate in this program. Entries that are damaged, altered, tampered with, illegible, contain printing errors, or submitted in a fraudulent manner are void. 

Use of Registration Information:  Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to use his/her first name, likeliness and address (city and state), and demographics, in any manner that does not reveal winner’s identity for advertising, promotional and publicity purposes for this or similar promotions, without further compensation.  If a winner does not agree to this, he/she must notify Jockey in writing.  Use of personal information provided as a result of participating in this Sweepstakes will be used for the purposes of administering the Sweepstakes, and may be used for other purposes as indicated herein.

Release:  Participants agree to release and hold harmless Jockey; its respective subsidiaries; and each of its respective directors, officers, attorneys, employees, and agents, from any damage, injury, death, loss or other liability that may arise from Participants’ acceptance or use of any prize or participation in this promotion, or from the misuse or malfunction of any merchandise received. This promotion is void outside the United States, in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or otherwise restricted.
 
Cancellation: Jockey may cancel, rescind or revoke the promotion at any time and for any reason in its sole discretion without notice or liability. 

Submissions:  All entries, comments and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with this Sweepstakes to www.iwearjockey.com (collectively, "Submissions") shall be and remain Jockey’s property. Such Submissions shall constitute an assignment to Jockey, of all worldwide right, title and interest in all copyrights and other intellectual properties in the Submissions.  Thus, Jockey will own exclusively all such right, title and interest and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any Submissions.  Jockey is and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any Submissions in confidence; (2) to pay the Participant any compensation for any Submissions; or (3) to respond to any user Submissions.

You agree that no Submissions provided by you will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary right(s). You further agree that no Submissions submitted by you will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any Submissions you make.

Governing Law:  This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin for Participants who are legal residents, and located in the United States.
